For over 20 years, we have been using our special blend of hard wood logs to make the best tasting barbecue in the South. No gas or charcoal used here, we only live by the stick burners creed, "If you want good food, cook with wood". We only want to serve the best products to our family of customers. We know it takes time to convince that smoke to make all of our meats tender and delicious, the slower the fire burns, the more tender each piece becomes. We love our job, and as the customer, you can see that, taste it, and feel it as soon as you come in our door. We create an environment where your favorite waitress will know your name or at the very least remember what you like to drink. J.D. got started serving people because of his love for fellowship with his many friends and family. He has passed his passion down to many generations of staff that truly believe in the J.D.'s way. We only know one way, and that's the right way.
